Nostalgia Cam does not collect any data. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking, and it never connects to the internet. Your photos stay on your iPhone unless you choose to share them.
What the app does on your iPhone
Camera
Nostalgia Cam uses your camera only to show the viewfinder and take photos when you press the shutter. All image processing, including the digital-camera look and the date stamp, happens on your iPhone.
Photos
With your permission, Nostalgia Cam saves the photos you take to your Photos library. It asks only for permission to add photos, so it cannot see, read, or change anything already in your library.
The app also keeps copies of your most recent shots (up to 50) in its own storage on your iPhone, for the in-app gallery. These copies never leave your device unless you share them.
Photo details
Saved photos include the date and time they were taken and basic camera details recorded by your iPhone, such as exposure settings. They do not include your location: Nostalgia Cam never asks for location access.
Settings
Your choices, such as flash mode, scene mode, and date stamp format, are stored on your iPhone so the app remembers them.
Sharing
Photos leave your iPhone only when you share them yourself using the share button. Whatever app or service you share to handles the photo under its own privacy policy.
Third parties
Nostalgia Cam contains no third-party code for analytics, advertising, or tracking, and it shares no information with anyone.
Your choices
You can turn camera or Photos access on or off at any time in Settings → Nostalgia Cam. Because we never collect your data, there is nothing for us to delete. To remove the app’s copies of your photos, delete them in the app’s gallery, or delete the app. Photos saved to your Photos library stay there until you delete them.
Children
Nostalgia Cam does not collect data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
